【摘要】：目的利用超聲生物顯微鏡觀察高度近視白內(nèi)障患者超聲乳化吸出聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)后囊袋張力環(huán)對(duì)人工晶狀體傾斜度和偏心量的影響。方法選取接受白內(nèi)障超聲乳化吸出聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)的高度近視白內(nèi)障患者36例(40眼),平均眼軸長(zhǎng)度26.88 mm。按照術(shù)中是否植入囊袋張力環(huán)分為植入組和對(duì)照組。植入組19眼術(shù)中植入囊袋張力環(huán),對(duì)照組21眼行常規(guī)手術(shù)。對(duì)患者行常規(guī)裂隙燈檢查,記錄術(shù)前、術(shù)后6個(gè)月最佳矯正視力,并于術(shù)后6個(gè)月行超聲生物顯微鏡檢查得到水平和垂直方向的傾斜度、偏心量,計(jì)算人工晶狀體總的傾斜度和偏心量。結(jié)果兩組術(shù)后最佳矯正視力均比術(shù)前有所提高;術(shù)前術(shù)后兩組間最佳矯正視力比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。植入組在水平方向、垂直方向以及總的偏心量分別為(0.15±0.07)mm、(0.30±0.40)mm、(0.11±0.02)mm,在水平方向、垂直方向以及總的傾斜度分別為0.02°±0.11°、0.70°±0.25°、0.21°±0.74°。對(duì)照組在水平方向、垂直方向以及總的偏心量分別為(0.26±0.19)mm、(0.32±0.60)mm、(0.24±0.97)mm,在水平方向、垂直方向以及總的傾斜度分別為0.11°±0.31°、1.09°±0.20°、1.24°±0.97°。兩組人工晶狀體水平方向的偏心量和傾斜度,垂直方向的傾斜度及總的偏心量和傾斜度差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.01);在垂直方向上偏心量差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論囊袋張力環(huán)對(duì)于白內(nèi)障合并高度近視患者術(shù)后人工晶狀體的位置具有穩(wěn)定作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of high myopia with cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation after capsular tension ring effect on intraocular lens tilt and decentration using ultrasound biomicroscopy. Methods 36 cataract patients with high myopia underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation cases (40 eyes), the mean axial length of 26.88 mm. according to the intraoperative capsular tension ring implantation into implant group and control group. The implanted capsular Zhang Lihuan were used in 19 eyes, 21 eyes in the control group underwent routine surgery. The patients underwent routine slit lamp examination, recorded before operation, 6 months after surgery, the best corrected visual acuity, inclination, and level and the vertical direction at 6 months after the operation for ultrasound biomicroscopy of the eccentricity, the total calculation of intraocular lens tilt and eccentricity.
