【摘要】：目的調(diào)查河北省城鄉(xiāng)老年人青光眼患病情況,探討青光眼與非青光眼老年人的健康差異。方法采用多階段分層整群抽樣法,選取河北省唐山、石家莊、張家口6 173名60歲及以上的老年人,詢問其青光眼病史并進(jìn)行健康調(diào)查簡(jiǎn)表(SF-36)評(píng)定。結(jié)果河北省老年人青光眼患病率為4.5%;青光眼者健康調(diào)查簡(jiǎn)表評(píng)分顯著低于非青光眼(P0.05)。青光眼者社會(huì)功能(SF)、情感職能(RE)、生理職能(RP)、軀體疼痛(BP)、生命活力(VT)及總體健康(GH)評(píng)分分別為(64.4±22.3)、(62.2±42.0)、(47.2±43.5)、(64.2±23.3)、(61.7±18.5)、(53.2±16.7)分,均顯著低于非青光眼者[(70.9±22.5)、(70.5±40.6)、(58.8±43.8)、(69.9±23.2)、(64.7±20.1)、(56.3±19.9)分](P0.05)。多因素分析顯示,影響老年人身心健康的因素主要有性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、罹患青光眼疾病。結(jié)論青光眼老年人身心健康狀況較差,社區(qū)及臨床工作中,應(yīng)注意加強(qiáng)青光眼老年人的身心照護(hù),及時(shí)采取措施,以提高其生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of glaucoma in urban and rural elderly in Hebei province, and to explore the difference between glaucoma and non-glaucoma. Methods the multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select Tangshan, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. 6 173 elderly persons aged 60 and over in Zhangjiakou, Results the prevalence rate of glaucoma in the elderly in Hebei province was 4.5. The score of glaucoma survey summary table was significantly lower than that of non-glaucoma patients (P 0.05). All of them were significantly lower than those without glaucoma (70.9 鹵22.5) (70.5 鹵40.6) and 58.8 鹵43.8 (69.9 鹵23.2), 64.7 鹵20.1 (56.3 鹵19.9) scores, respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that the main factors affecting the physical and mental health of the elderly were gender, age, marital status and glaucoma. Conclusion the physical and mental health of the elderly is poor, and the physical and mental health of the elderly is poor. In community and clinical work, attention should be paid to strengthening the physical and mental care of the elderly with glaucoma, and timely measures should be taken to improve their quality of life.
