【摘要】：正病例資料病例1,男,11歲。患者于20d前無(wú)意間發(fā)現(xiàn)右眼球突出,無(wú)眼紅、眼痛、無(wú)頭痛、惡心、嘔吐,無(wú)視力下降,無(wú)外傷史。入院眼科檢查:右眼視力0.6,眼瞼無(wú)水腫,眼位正,眼球向上方向運(yùn)動(dòng)受限,眼球突出度:右20mm,左12mm,眶距100mm,淚囊區(qū)按壓無(wú)膿性分泌物反流,結(jié)膜不充血,角膜透明,瞳孔形圓居中。眼底檢查:右眼視乳頭色淡紅,邊緣欠清,余未見(jiàn)異常。左眼視力1.2,余未見(jiàn)異常。本院MRI
