【摘要】：目的總結(jié)舌系帶矯正術(shù)后構(gòu)音障礙的臨床特點(diǎn),并觀察語音訓(xùn)練的效果。方法收集108例舌系帶矯正術(shù)后構(gòu)音障礙患者,采用普通話聲韻母配合音節(jié)表并聯(lián)合漢語語音清晰度測(cè)試表判斷其構(gòu)音障礙情況;對(duì)52例患者進(jìn)行語音訓(xùn)練,并觀察訓(xùn)練效果。結(jié)果構(gòu)音錯(cuò)誤頻率由高到低排序依次為/l/、/zh/、/d/、/t/、/r/、/p/、/ch/、/g/、/sh/、/q/、/z/、/x/、/h/、/k/、/j/、/c/、/s/、/n/,錯(cuò)誤頻率最高為/l/音。其中,輔音/l/、/h/、/r/主要表現(xiàn)為脫落,/j/、/ch/主要表現(xiàn)為歪曲,輔音/p/、/f/主要置換為/b/,輔音/t/、/g/、/k/、/zh/、/z/、/c/均主要置換為/d/,輔音/d/、/q/主要置換為/j/。經(jīng)過語音訓(xùn)練,患者構(gòu)音錯(cuò)誤頻數(shù)由訓(xùn)練前的(52.60±10.670)個(gè)減少到訓(xùn)練后的(6.46±2.347)個(gè),訓(xùn)練前后比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論舌系帶矯正術(shù)后構(gòu)音錯(cuò)誤主要發(fā)生于舌尖中音、舌面音、舌尖后音、舌尖前音,主要的構(gòu)音錯(cuò)誤形式為置換、脫落和歪曲,針對(duì)性的語音訓(xùn)練療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical features of post-operative dysarthria and to observe the effect of phonetic training. Methods 108 patients with dysarthria after tongue orthodontics were collected. Putonghua consonants combined with syllables table and Chinese phonetic intelligibility test table were used to judge the dysarthria, and 52 patients were given phonetic training. And we looked at the training results, and the results were that the frequency of missounds was in the order of high to low. Conclusion the errors occurred mainly in the middle tone of the tongue tip, the surface tone of the tongue, the back tone of the tip of the tongue, the front tone of the tip of the tongue, and the main structural errors were replacement, shedding and distortion. The effect of specific phonetic training is definite.
