【摘要】：目的探討促肝細(xì)胞再生磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)在鼻腔鼻竇鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(SNSCC)中表達(dá)的臨床意義。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)及逆轉(zhuǎn)錄PCR(RT-PCR)方法檢測62例SNSCC組織(SNSCC組)中PRL-3蛋白的表達(dá)水平,并對30例鼻息肉患者(NP組),以及25例正常鼻腔黏膜(對照組)做相同蛋白表達(dá)并進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果在蛋白水平和基因水平檢測,均發(fā)現(xiàn)SNSCC組中PRL-3的表達(dá)高于NP組及對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。PRL-3的表達(dá)情況在不同的性別、年齡中差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而隨著TNM分期的增高,分化程度的降低及合并淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移,PRL-3的表達(dá)明顯增高(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PRL-3的表達(dá)可以對SNSCC的增殖活性作很好的參照,表達(dá)強(qiáng)度可明顯反映SNSCC細(xì)胞增殖活性,PRL-3可能是SNSCC的一個獨(dú)立預(yù)后指標(biāo),提示預(yù)后不良。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of hepatocyte regeneration promoting phosphatase (PRL-3) expression in squamous cell carcinoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses (SNSCC). Methods the expression of PRL-3 protein in 62 patients with SNSCC was detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription PCRRT-PCR. The expression of the same protein in 30 cases of nasal polyps in NP group and 25 cases of normal nasal mucosa (control group) was compared. Results the expression of PRL-3 in SNSCC group was higher than that in NP group and control group. The difference was statistically significant in the expression of P0.05, PRL-3 in different sex, but not in age, but with the increase of TNM stage. The level of differentiation and the expression of PRL-3 in lymph node metastasis were significantly increased. Conclusion the expression of PRL-3 may be a good reference for the proliferative activity of SNSCC. The expression intensity of PRL-3 may be an independent prognostic marker of SNSCC, suggesting poor prognosis.
