【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用Sirius眼前節(jié)分析系統(tǒng)測(cè)量準(zhǔn)分子激光上皮下角膜磨鑲術(shù)(laser subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)術(shù)后前房形態(tài)的改變。方法:隨機(jī)選取2015-01/08在我院眼科接受LASEK的近視患者53例106眼,分別在術(shù)前、術(shù)后1、3、6mo,1a應(yīng)用Sirius眼前節(jié)分析儀測(cè)量中央前房深度、前房角度、前房容積,并對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:LASEK術(shù)后1a內(nèi),中央前房深度和前房容積較術(shù)前顯著減小(P0.05),前房角較術(shù)前無(wú)變化(P0.05);LASEK術(shù)后1a內(nèi)各個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn),中央前房深度、前房角度、前房容積均無(wú)變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論:LASEK術(shù)后中央前房深度、前房容積均較術(shù)前降低,而術(shù)后1a內(nèi)中央前房深度、前房容積無(wú)變化,前房角度在LASEK手術(shù)前后無(wú)變化。因此,在隨訪期內(nèi)LASEK術(shù)后前房形態(tài)無(wú)變化。
[Abstract]:Objective: the application of Sirius system to measure the excimer laser epithelial keratomileusis (laser subepithelial, keratomileusis, LASEK) change of anterior chamber after surgery. Methods: 2015-01/08 received LASEK 53 myopic patients 106 eyes in our hospital, respectively, in the preoperative, postoperative 1,3,6mo, 1A application of Sirius anterior segment the analyzer in measuring anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber angle, anterior chamber volume, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: after LASEK 1a, central anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber volume were significantly decreased (P0.05), anterior chamber angle than before no change (P0.05); LASEK 1A after operation in different time points, the central the anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber angle, anterior chamber volume was no change (P0.05). Conclusion: LASEK postoperative central anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber volume significantly decreased, while the 1A postoperative central anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber volume change, the anterior chamber angle in LASE There was no change in K before and after operation. Therefore, there was no change in the shape of anterior chamber after LASEK in the follow-up period.
