【摘要】：目的:探討血清salusins水平在原發(fā)性高血壓(EH)、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)以及OSAHS并發(fā)EH患者中的變化及意義。方法:選擇OSAHS并發(fā)EH患者50例,設(shè)為EH+OSAHS組,同期住院治療的單純EH患者60例為EH組、OSAHS患者35例為OSAHS組,同期體檢中心健康體檢者31例為對(duì)照組。檢測(cè)并記錄入選者血壓、睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)(AHI)、身高、體重以及常規(guī)生化結(jié)果;應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測(cè)血清salusin-α及salusin-β水平。多元Logistic回歸分析評(píng)價(jià)各變量與OSAHS并發(fā)EH的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)血清salusin-α水平在對(duì)照組(7.438±1.626)pg/ml、OSAHS組(6.186±1.200)pg/ml、EH組(5.938±1.287)pg/ml、EH+OSAHS組(5.299±1.398)pg/ml中逐漸降低,除OSAHS組與EH組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義外(P0.05),其余組間兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.01);(2)血清salusin-β水平在對(duì)照組(10.575±1.791)pg/ml、OSAHS組(10.279±0.530)pg/ml、EH組(9.698±0.344)pg/ml、EH+OSAHS組(9.070±0.586)pg/ml水平依次降低;OSAHS組與對(duì)照組及EH組間比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05);(3)多元Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,血清salusin-α水平與OSAHS并發(fā)EH呈獨(dú)立負(fù)相關(guān)[比值比(OR)=-0.736,P0.05];血清salusin-β水平與OSAHS并發(fā)EH呈獨(dú)立負(fù)相關(guān)(OR=-0.731,P0.05)。結(jié)論:低血清salusin-α水平、salusin-β水平與OSAHS并發(fā)EH相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes and significance of serum salusins levels in patients with essential hypertension (EH), obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and OSAHS complicated with EH. Methods: 50 patients with OSAHS complicated with EH were selected as EH OSAHS group. In the same period, 60 patients with simple EH in EH group, 35 patients with OSAHS in EH group and 31 healthy persons in physical examination center as control group. Blood pressure, sleep apnea hypopnea index and height were measured and recorded. Body weight and routine biochemical results; The serum levels of salusin- 偽 and salusin- 尾 were detected by Elisa. The correlation between the variables and EH in OSAHS was evaluated by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results the serum salusin- 偽 level was decreased gradually in the control group (7.438 鹵1.626 mg / ml) in 6.186 鹵1.200 PG / ml EH group (5.938 鹵1.287pg / ml EH OSAHS 5.299 鹵1.398pg / ml). The serum salusin- 尾 level was significantly lower in the control group (10.575 鹵1.791g / ml) than in the control group (10.279 鹵0.530pggmlEH, 9.698 鹵0.344pggml / ml EH, 9.070 鹵0.586pgggml / ml). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. Serum salusin- 偽 level was negatively correlated with OSAHS complicated with EH (P 0.05), and serum salusin- 尾 level was negatively correlated with OSAHS complicated EH (P 0.05). Conclusion: low serum salusin- 偽 level and salusin- 尾 level are correlated with OSAHS complicated with EH.
