【摘要】：目的利用鼻聲反射測(cè)量,尋找對(duì)鼻中隔偏曲診斷及手術(shù)效果評(píng)估的客觀依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用鼻聲反射測(cè)量鼻腔不同部位的截面積和各段鼻腔的容積,分析鼻中隔偏曲患者與正常人、生理性偏曲者的各參數(shù)差異,結(jié)合視覺(jué)模擬量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)評(píng)分,分析手術(shù)前、后各組鼻聲反射參數(shù)與主觀鼻塞的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果正常組鼻腔與生理性偏曲組中偏曲側(cè)鼻腔的MCA2、MD3有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。病例組中鼻堵側(cè)鼻腔與生理性偏曲組中偏曲側(cè)鼻腔的MD2、V2~3有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。術(shù)前鼻塞癥狀的VAS評(píng)分與MCA2、MCA3、V2~3、V3~5、V0~7呈負(fù)相關(guān)。手術(shù)前后VAS評(píng)分的改變與MCA3、V3~5、V0~7的改變呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論鼻聲反射檢查可為鼻中隔偏曲的診斷提供客觀量化依據(jù),用于手術(shù)效果的評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective to find the objective basis for the diagnosis of nasal septum deviation and the evaluation of the effect of surgery by using nasal acoustic reflex measurement. Methods the nasal septum deviation and normal subjects were analyzed by using nasal acoustic reflex to measure the sectional area of nasal cavity and the volume of nasal cavity. The differences of parameters in physiologic deviations were analyzed by visual analogue scale scale (VAS) score before operation, and before the operation, visual analogue scale and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to analyze the parameters of the patients. Results there were significant differences in MCA2MD3 between the nasal cavity of normal group and physiologic deviation group. The preoperative VAS score of nasal congestion was negatively correlated with MCA2 / MCA3 / V3 / V3 / V0 / 7, and the change of VAS before and after operation was negatively correlated with the change of MCA3 / V3 / V5 / V0 / 7. Conclusion nasal acoustic reflex examination can provide an objective quantitative basis for the diagnosis of nasal septum deviation. For evaluation of surgical outcomes.
