【摘要】：正在臨床中,患者往往同時出現(xiàn)口鼻出血,快速而準確的鑒別上消化道出血與鼻出血是一項難題,尤其對昏迷患者。在懷疑急性上消化道出血和(或)鼻出血時,能否對出血部位進行快速、準確的定位,直接決定著進一步的治療方案和患者的預(yù)后,一旦判斷失誤,會延誤治療時機甚至危及患者生命。本研究應(yīng)用Foley管行后鼻孔填塞來鑒別上消化道出血和鼻出血并兼顧鼻出血的治療,探討
[Abstract]:Is clinical, patients often appear at the same time nose bleeding, rapid and accurate identification of digestion and nasal bleeding is a difficult problem of bleeding, especially for coma patients.
