正常人眼角膜點(diǎn)擴(kuò)散函數(shù)的斯特列爾比(SR)的分析

【摘要】:目的:探討正常人眼角膜前表面和全角膜在不同瞳孔直徑下斯特列爾比(StrehlRatio,SR)的正常值及其與均方根值(RootMeansSquares,RMS)調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)(ModulationTransferFunction,MTF)的關(guān)系。 方法:回顧性病例分析本次研究選取了2010年12月到2011年3月在北京軍區(qū)總醫(yī)院眼科準(zhǔn)分子治療中心擬行LASIK手術(shù)的200例(400只眼)近視患者。采用Sirius(意大利.CSO公司.軟件版本:phoenix1.2)角膜地形圖儀及三維眼前節(jié)分析診斷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,要求所有患者的角膜地形圖檢查結(jié)果中角膜前表面/全角膜的散光度數(shù)均在1.00D以內(nèi),分別提取角膜前表面/全角膜總像差和總高階像差的SR值及其對應(yīng)的RMS和MTF值,其中SR值分別選擇100′SR和200′SR的結(jié)果作為研究對象,采用單因素方差分析比較角膜前表面/全角膜總像差SR值和總高階像差SR值在不同瞳孔直徑(3.0mm,5.0mm,6.0mm,7.0mm)下的變化,采用Pearson相關(guān)分析研究角膜前表面/全角膜的總像差SR值和總高階像差SR值分別與對應(yīng)的RMS值的相關(guān)性,以及角膜前表面/全角膜的總像差SR值與對應(yīng)的MTF值的之間的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果:在角膜前表面組:在不同的瞳孔直徑下(3.0mm,5.0mm,6.0mm,7.0mm),總像差100′SR值為(0.46±0.13)~(0.14±0.03)(F=1400.294,,P=0.000);總高階像差100′SR值為(0.69±0.15)~(0.17±0.04)(F=2475.324,P=0.000);總像差200′SR值為(0.45±0.13)~(0.16±0.04)(F=1004.5,P=0.000);總高階像差200′SR值為(0.70±0.15)~(0.20±0.05)(F=2103.583,P=0.000);在全角膜組:在不同的瞳孔直徑下(3.0mm,5.0mm,6.0mm,7.0mm),總像差100′SR值為(0.49±0.12)~(0.15±0.04)(F=1689.295,P=0.000),總高階像差100′SR值為(0.62±0.17)~(0.16±0.04)(F=1604.966,P=0.000),總像差200′SR值為(0.47±0.12)~(0.18±0.04)(F=1160.711,P=0.000),總高階像差200′SR值為(0.62±0.18)~(0.19±0.05)(F=1300.205,P=0.000);在角膜前表面和全角膜的各組中,SR值均隨瞳孔直徑的增大而逐漸變小。SR值與其對應(yīng)的RMS值之間的相關(guān)性隨著瞳孔直徑的增大而逐漸減小。其中,在角膜前表面組中;在3.0mm瞳孔直徑下總像差200′SR與對應(yīng)的RMS值之間的相關(guān)性最高(r~2=-0.862,P0.05),在7.0mm瞳孔直徑下總像差100′SR與對應(yīng)的RMS值之間的相關(guān)性最低(r~2=-0.474,P0.05);在全角膜組中,在3.0mm瞳孔直徑下總像差200′SR與對應(yīng)的RMS值之間的相關(guān)性最高(r~2=-0.681,P0.05),在7.0mm瞳孔直徑下總像差200′SR與對應(yīng)的RMS值之間的相關(guān)性最低,(r~2=-0.457,P0.05)。當(dāng)瞳孔直徑小時(shí),總像差SR值與MTF值的高頻區(qū)相關(guān)性較高,而當(dāng)瞳孔直徑大時(shí),總像差SR值與MTF值的低頻區(qū)相關(guān)性較高。在角膜前表面組:當(dāng)瞳孔直徑為3.0mm時(shí),總像差100′/200′SR與對應(yīng)的MTF值的高頻區(qū)(55Hz60Hz)存在相關(guān)性(P0.05),當(dāng)瞳孔直徑為5.0mm時(shí),總像差100′SR與對應(yīng)的MTF值的高頻區(qū)(55Hz60Hz)存在相關(guān)性(P0.05),總像差200′SR值與對應(yīng)的MTF值的12個(gè)空間頻率點(diǎn)(51015202530354045505560Hz)相關(guān)性均較高(P0.05),當(dāng)瞳孔直徑為7.0mm時(shí),總像差100′/200′SR與對應(yīng)的MTF值的低頻區(qū)(51015Hz)的相關(guān)性較高(P0.05);在全角膜組:當(dāng)瞳孔直徑為3.0mm時(shí),總像差100′/200′SR與對應(yīng)的MTF值的高頻區(qū)(50Hz55Hz60Hz)存在相關(guān)性(P0.05),當(dāng)瞳孔直徑為5.0mm時(shí),總像差100′/200′SR值與對應(yīng)的MTF值的12個(gè)空間頻率點(diǎn)(51015202530354045505560Hz)均存在相關(guān)性(P0.05),其中與MTF值低頻區(qū)(51015Hz)的相關(guān)性較高,當(dāng)瞳孔直徑為7.0mm時(shí),總像差100′/200′SR與對應(yīng)的MTF值的低頻區(qū)(51015Hz)的相關(guān)性較高(P0.05)。 結(jié)論:正常人眼角膜前表面/全角膜總像差SR值和總高階像差SR值與瞳孔直徑呈負(fù)相關(guān),并且SR值與對應(yīng)的RMS值及MTF值之間均存在一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the normal value of West Leo Erby (StrehlRatio, SR) and its relationship with the root mean square value (RootMeansSquares, RMS) modulation transfer function (ModulationTransferFunction (MTF)) of normal corneal anterior and total corneas under different pupil diameters.
Methods: This study selected from December 2010 to March 2011 in General Hospital of Beijing Military Region ophthalmic excimer treatment center in 200 cases underwent LASIK operation to analyze cases (400 eyes) with myopia. The Sirius (Italy.CSO company. The software version: phoenix1.2) corneal topography instrument and anterior segment analysis and diagnosis system for data collection, for all patients with corneal topography examination results of anterior corneal surface astigmatism / whole cornea were within 1.00D, extraction of anterior surface corneal / total corneal aberrations and total higher-order aberrations of SR value and its corresponding RMS and MTF respectively, the SR value were 100 'SR and 200' SR as a result of the study object, analysis and comparison of corneal anterior surface / total corneal aberration SR values of total higher order aberrations and SR values at different pupil diameters using ANOVA (3.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 7.0mm) under the change. The correlation with the corresponding RMS value of total aberrations SR correlation analysis on corneal anterior surface of Pearson / the whole film values of total higher order aberrations and the correlation between SR value and the corresponding MTF values of total aberrations and corneal anterior surface SR / angle values of the films.
