【摘要】：正中耳乳突相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)的重建對恢復(fù)中耳功能,改善患者術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量起重要作用。隨著相關(guān)材料學(xué)方面的發(fā)展,不斷有新材料應(yīng)用于中耳乳突功能的重建,但自體材料因無免疫原性、不產(chǎn)生額外費(fèi)用、易于塑形、術(shù)后效果穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在臨床實(shí)踐中仍占重要一席。自體乳突骨皮質(zhì)在絕大多數(shù)中耳乳突術(shù)前都保持完整或相對完整,然而行完壁式或開放式乳突根治或乳突探查術(shù)時(shí)卻常常被磨除或棄用,造成不必要的浪費(fèi)。充分利用自體乳突骨皮
[Abstract]:The reconstruction of medial otomastoid structures plays an important role in restoring middle ear function and improving the quality of life of patients after operation. With the development of related materials, new materials have been used in the reconstruction of middle ear mastoid function. But the autologous material has no immunogenicity, no extra cost, easy to shape, stable effect after operation and so on. Autogenous mastoid bone cortex remains intact or relatively intact before most middle ear mastoid processes.
