【摘要】：糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變是糖尿病最常見的微血管病變之一,是工作年齡成人致盲的主要原因。氧化應(yīng)激是活性氧生成和清除不平衡的結(jié)果,在糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的發(fā)生中起重要作用。GSTA1是重要的氧化應(yīng)激相關(guān)的谷胱甘肽硫轉(zhuǎn)移酶之一,目前暫沒有其多態(tài)性與糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變發(fā)病之間的研究。本實(shí)驗(yàn)以546例2型糖尿病樣本為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)直接眼底鏡的結(jié)果把病人分成糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變組和有糖尿病但沒有視網(wǎng)膜病變組。采用構(gòu)象差異凝膠電泳方法檢測GSTA1基因C-69T多態(tài)性。GSTA1基因C-69T多態(tài)性的CC、CT和TT種基因型在DR組的頻率分別為79.8%、17.7%和2.5%,在NDR組的頻率分別為77.8%、20.6%和1.6%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(x~2=1.254,p=0.561)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,GSTA1基因C-69T多態(tài)性與中國江西漢族糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的發(fā)病沒有關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common microvascular lesions in diabetes and is the main cause of blindness in adults of working age. Oxidative stress is the result of imbalance of reactive oxygen species production and clearance. GSTA1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. GSTA1 is one of the important oxidative stress-related glutathione sulfur transferases. At present, there is no study on the relationship between the polymorphism and the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. 546 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were studied in this study. Patients were divided into diabetic retinopathy group and non-diabetic retinopathy group according to the results of direct ophthalmoscopy. Conformational differential gel electrophoresis was used to detect C-69T polymorphism of GSTA1 gene. G. CC with C-69T polymorphism of STA1 gene. The frequencies of CT and TT genotypes in Dr group were 79.7% and 2.5%, respectively, and those in NDR group were 77.8% and 1.6%, respectively. There was no statistical difference between the two groups. There is no association between C-69T polymorphism of GSTA1 gene and diabetic retinopathy in Jiangxi Han nationality.
