【摘要】：目的探討Viscoat黏彈劑聯(lián)合軟性角膜接觸鏡治療角膜中央穿孔的臨床療效。方法收集我院眼科就診的6例角膜中央穿孔患者的臨床資料,角膜穿孔的直徑均不超過2.0 mm,行角膜局部清創(chuàng)并在前房內(nèi)注入Viscoat,然后予以配戴軟性角膜接觸鏡,隨訪2~3個月,記錄患者主觀感覺、視力、裂隙燈檢查、眼壓、活體共聚焦顯微鏡、角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)等以判斷療效。結(jié)果所有病例均達(dá)到治愈,治療時長為1~2個月;最佳矯正視力提高至0.6~0.8,角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)為(3415.5±279.5)個·mm-2,角膜未留明顯瘢痕,無嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論對于直徑≤2.0 mm的外傷性角膜中央穿孔可通過應(yīng)用Viscoat黏彈劑聯(lián)合軟性角膜接觸鏡治療,預(yù)后良好,并且減輕了患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Viscoat viscoelastics combined with soft contact lens in the treatment of central corneal perforation. Methods the clinical data of 6 patients with central corneal perforation were collected. The diameter of corneal perforation was less than 2.0 mm. Local corneal debridement was performed, Viscoat was injected into the anterior chamber, then soft contact lens was worn and followed up for 2 ~ 3 months. Subjective sensation, visual acuity, slit lamp examination, intraocular pressure, confocal microscope and corneal endothelial cell count were recorded to evaluate the curative effect. The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was increased to 0.60.8.The number of corneal endothelial cells was 3415.5 鹵279.5 路m ~ (-2) 路m ~ (-2), and no scar was left in the cornea.
