【摘要】：目的探討S100A12與阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)的相關性及意義。方法選擇OSAHS患者53例為OSAHS組,選擇體檢的健康志愿者46例為對照組,比較兩組血清S100A12及hs-CRP水平,并分別與epworth嗜睡評分(ESS)、呼吸暫停低通氣指數(AHI)、最低血氧飽和度(L-SpO2)進行相關性分析。結果兩組ESS評分、BMI、AHI、L-SpO2、hsCRP、S100A12比較差異均有統計學意義(P0.05);重度OSAHS組hs-CRP值明顯高于輕度OSAHS組,差異有統計學意義(P0.05)。中度OSAHS組hs-CRP值與輕度組、重度組比較差異均無統計學意義(P0.05);重度組S100A12值明顯高于中度組及輕度組,中度組S100A12高于輕度組,組間比較差異均有統計學意義(P0.01)。hs-CRP與ESS、AHI呈正相關(r=0.822、0.787,P0.01),與L-SpO2呈負相關(r=-0.740,P0.01);S100A12與ESS、AHI呈正相關(r=0.707、0.807,P0.01),與L-SpO2呈負相關(r=-0.670,P0.01)。結論 S100A12與OSAHS具有相關性,OSAHS越嚴重S100A12值越高,S100A12可作為新的預測OSAHS患者心血管疾病風險的指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between S100A12 and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods 53 patients with OSAHS were selected as OSAHS group. The serum levels of S100A12 and hs-CRP were compared with those of epworth sleepiness score (ESS) in 46 healthy volunteers as control group. The correlation analysis of apnea hypopnea index (AHI) and minimum oxygen saturation (L-SpO2) was carried out. Results the ESS score of the two groups was BMI-AHI L-SpO2hsCRP. The difference of S100A12 was statistically significant (P 0.05). The hs-CRP value of severe OSAHS group was significantly higher than that of mild OSAHS group (P 0.05). The hs-CRP value of moderate OSAHS group was significantly higher than that of mild OSAHS group. There was no significant difference between severe group and severe group (P 0.05). The value of S100A12 in severe group was significantly higher than that in moderate group and mild group, and S100A12 value in moderate group was higher than that in mild group. There was a positive correlation between P0.01hs-CRP and ESSAHI (P 0.01). There was a negative correlation between L-SPO _ 2 and L-SPO _ 2. S100A12 was positively correlated with ESSN AHI and negatively correlated with L-SPO _ 2. Conclusion there is a correlation between S100A12 and OSAHS. The more serious S100A12 is, the higher the S100A12 value is. S 100 A 12 can be used as a new predictor of cardiovascular disease risk in patients with OSAHS.
