【摘要】：目的:探討派立明聯(lián)合美開朗對(duì)原發(fā)性開角型青光眼治療的效果及其安全性。方法:收治原發(fā)性開角型青光眼患者50例,根據(jù)治療方法的不同將其分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各25例,對(duì)照組采用美開朗治療,觀察組采用派立明聯(lián)合美開朗治療。結(jié)果:觀察組的治療效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,治療后患者視力恢復(fù)情況好于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用派立明聯(lián)合美開朗治療青光眼患者具有較大的意義,可有效提高患者的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of Palimine combined with Meizang in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods: 50 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma were treated. According to the different treatment methods, it was divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Merlot, while the observation group was treated with alimine combined with meriam. Results: the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The recovery of visual acuity of the patients after treatment was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: it is of great significance to treat glaucoma patients with alimine combined with melamol, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of glaucoma patients.
