【摘要】：目的研究斜視兒童及其父母生存質(zhì)量的情況,并分析手術(shù)結(jié)果及手術(shù)次數(shù)對(duì)其生存質(zhì)量的影響。方法本研究為橫斷面研究。選取2015年1月至2016年4月于我院就診的5~18歲符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的128例斜視患兒,118例屈光不正患兒為對(duì)照組。采用中文版間歇性外斜視患者生存質(zhì)量量表(IXTQ)以及成人斜視生存質(zhì)量量表(AS-20)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。分析兩組各量表得分的差異,比較不同手術(shù)結(jié)果(手術(shù)成功、手術(shù)部分成功和手術(shù)失敗)患兒及其父母生存質(zhì)量的差異,手術(shù)次數(shù)對(duì)生存質(zhì)量的影響采用單因素相關(guān)分析,對(duì)可能影響生存質(zhì)量得分的因素進(jìn)行多元線性回歸分析。結(jié)果斜視組IXTQ、AS-20量表得分均低于對(duì)照組得分(P0.001)。斜視手術(shù)結(jié)果只在患兒父母填寫的pp-IXTQ中有影響得分的作用(P=0.034),手術(shù)成功組得分最高,手術(shù)部分成功組得分最低。患兒手術(shù)次數(shù)在手術(shù)成功與失敗組均不影響最終得分;而在手術(shù)部分成功組,AS-20量表中,手術(shù)次數(shù)與得分呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.909,P=0.002)�？赡苡绊懙梅智闆r的因素中,只有近立體視對(duì)PIXTQ得分有影響[標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏回歸系數(shù)(β)=0.543,P=0.026]。結(jié)論斜視患兒及其父母的生存質(zhì)量明顯降低,且斜視手術(shù)對(duì)其生存質(zhì)量有影響。臨床檢查結(jié)果與生存質(zhì)量調(diào)查結(jié)果相結(jié)合能更好的評(píng)估并干預(yù)斜視對(duì)患兒及家長(zhǎng)帶來的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the quality of life of strabismus children and their parents. The results of operation and the influence of the times of operation on the quality of life were analyzed. Methods the results of this study were cross-sectional. 5 years of age from January 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital met the inclusion criteria of 1. 28 children with strabismus. 118 children with ametropia were used as control group. The Chinese version of IXTQand the adult strabismus quality of life scale (AS-20) were used. A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the differences in the scores of each scale between the two groups. The quality of life (QOL) of children and their parents were compared among different surgical outcomes (success, partial success and failure). Single factor correlation analysis was used to analyze the influence of the number of operations on the quality of life (QOL). Multivariate linear regression analysis was performed on the factors that may affect the quality of life score. Results IXTQ in strabismus group. The scores of AS-20 scale were lower than those of the control group (P 0.001). The results of strabismus surgery only had an effect on the scores of pp-IXTQ filled out by the parents of the children (P0. 034). The operative success group had the highest score, while the partial success group had the lowest score. The number of operations in the successful and failed group did not affect the final score. However, in the successful operation group, there was a positive correlation between the number of operations and the score of AS-20. There was a positive correlation between the number of operations and the score. Only near stereopsis has an effect on PIXTQ scores. [Conclusion the quality of life of strabismus children and their parents decreased significantly. The results of clinical examination and quality of life survey can better evaluate and intervene the influence of strabismus on children and parents.
