【摘要】：目的通過檢測上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化(EMT)相關(guān)標志物上皮鈣黏連素(E-cadherin)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)和Snail在初發(fā)和復(fù)發(fā)鼻咽癌(NPC)組織中的表達差異,探討差異表達的蛋白與NPC轉(zhuǎn)移、復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)系。方法選擇32例NPC患者為研究對象,通過免疫組化方法檢測E-cadherin、Vimentin和Snail蛋白在初發(fā)和復(fù)發(fā)NPC組織中的表達差異。結(jié)果復(fù)發(fā)NPC組織中E-cadherin的表達明顯低于初發(fā)NPC,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),復(fù)發(fā)NPC組織中Vimentin和Snail的表達明顯高于初發(fā)NPC,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)發(fā)NPC組織中存在EMT現(xiàn)象,E-cadherin、Vimentin和Snail蛋白與NPC轉(zhuǎn)移、復(fù)發(fā)密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers of epithelial cadherin (E-cadherin), vimentin (Vimentin) and Snail in primary and recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) expression in tissues, to explore the differentially expressed proteins and NPC metastasis, recurrence. Methods 32 cases of NPC patients choose the object of study, through the method of immunohistochemistry to detect E-cadherin, Vimentin expression and Snail protein in primary and recurrent NPC tissues. Results the expression of E-cadherin in NPC tissues was significantly lower than the recurrence of primary NPC, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the expression of Vimentin and Snail in NPC tissues was significantly higher than that of the recurrence of primary NPC. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). EMT, NPC in conclusion recurrence of E-cadherin, Vimentin and Snail protein and NPC metastasis, recurrence is closely related.
