【摘要】：目的探討原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光眼(APACG)脈絡(luò)膜厚度變化及相關(guān)影響因素。方法選取2015年1月—2015年12月在本院眼科門診就診的120例原發(fā)性急性閉角型青光患者,另選取同期行常規(guī)眼科檢查的120例健康體檢者為對照組,應(yīng)用譜域相干斷層深度增強(qiáng)掃描(EDI SD-OCT)測定兩組脈絡(luò)膜厚度,應(yīng)用單因素及Logistic多因素分析影響APACG患者脈絡(luò)膜厚度變化相關(guān)危險因素。結(jié)果APACG組脈絡(luò)膜厚度、中心凹下脈絡(luò)膜厚度較對照組薄(P0.001),兩組眼軸長度、玻璃體長度、屈光度、前房深度、晶體厚度差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。經(jīng)Pearson單因素分析顯示,年齡、眼軸、屈光度與APACG組中心凹下脈絡(luò)膜厚度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.412,-0.358,-0.367,P0.05),與前房深度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.429,P0.05)。經(jīng)Logistic分析顯示,年齡、眼軸、屈光度數(shù)是影響APACG脈絡(luò)膜厚度變薄的獨立危險因子。結(jié)論APACG脈絡(luò)膜厚度變化與部位有關(guān),年齡、眼軸、屈光度數(shù)與APACG患者中心凹下脈絡(luò)膜呈負(fù)相關(guān),且是APACG脈絡(luò)膜變薄的獨立危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the APACGs of primary acute angle-closure glaucoma (ACG). Methods from January 2015 to December 2015, 120 patients with primary acute closed angle light were selected. In addition, 120 healthy persons who underwent routine ophthalmology examination were selected as control group. The choroidal thickness was measured by EDI SD-OCTs with spectral domain coherence tomography (SPECT). Single factor and Logistic multivariate analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of choroidal thickness change in APACG patients. Results the choroidal thickness in APACG group. The thickness of the subcentral fovea was thinner than that of the control group (P 0.001). The axial length, vitreous length, diopter and anterior chamber depth were observed in the two groups. The difference of lens thickness was statistically significant (P 0.001). Pearson univariate analysis showed that age and eye axis. There was a negative correlation between diopter and the thickness of central foveal choroid in APACG group. There was a positive correlation between the depth of anterior chamber and the depth of anterior chamber. The Logistic analysis showed that the age and the axial axis of the eyes. Diopter is an independent risk factor for the thinning of choroidal thickness in APACG. Conclusion the change of choroidal thickness in APACG is related to location, age and eye axis. There was a negative correlation between diopter and subcentral choroid in APACG patients, and it was an independent risk factor for APACG choroid thinning.
