【摘要】：目的探討不同年齡組共同性外斜視行雙眼外直肌后徙術(shù)后矯正視力,眼位及雙眼單視功能的變化。方法將81例不同年齡組共同性外斜視患者分三組:3~6歲組31例,平均(4.1±0.3)歲;7~12歲組27例,平均(6.2±1.8)歲;≥13歲組23例,平均(25.4±2.2)歲,三組患者均行雙眼外直肌后徙術(shù)后比較矯正視力變化、正位率、近距離立體視功能的提高率。結(jié)果 (1)矯正視力:僅7~12歲組中2例術(shù)后矯正視力提高,余均未變化;(2)正位率:術(shù)后6個月時,3~6歲組為97%,7~12歲組為93%,≥13歲組為91%,三組結(jié)果經(jīng)卡方檢驗:X~2=5.815,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;(3)近立體視提高率:3~6歲組為97%,7~12歲組為37%,≥13歲組為4%,三組結(jié)果經(jīng)卡方檢驗:X~2=12.554,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論手術(shù)時機對正位率及雙眼單視功能重建影響大,應(yīng)早期行手術(shù)治療;雙眼外直肌后徙術(shù)仍存在一定的欠矯率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the corrected visual acuity of concomitant exotropia after bilateral rectus recession in different age groups. Methods Eighty-one patients with concomitant exotropia in different age groups were divided into three groups: 31 patients were 6 years old, with an average age of 4.1 鹵0.3 years.
