【摘要】：目的:探討凋亡相關(guān)蛋白Survivin及Bcl-2在鼻腔鼻竇鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(SNSCC)中的表達(dá)及臨床意義。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)Envision二步法檢測(cè)35例SNSCC及20例正常下鼻甲黏膜標(biāo)本中Survivin和Bcl-2的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:Survivin在SNSCC組織中的表達(dá)為88.6%,在正常下鼻甲黏膜組織無(wú)表達(dá),二者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。Bcl-2在SNSCC組織中的表達(dá)為71.4%,明顯高于正常下鼻甲黏膜組織的表達(dá)25%(P0.01)。Survivin與Bcl-2的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。腫瘤的分級(jí)程度越高,Survivin和Bcl-2的表達(dá)水平越低。結(jié)論:Survivin、Bcl-2與SNSCC的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān),Survivin可能會(huì)成為SNSCC基因治療的靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the expression of apoptosis related protein Survivin and Bcl-2 in nasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma (SNSCC) and its clinical significance. Methods: immunohistochemical Envision two step method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 in 35 cases of SNSCC and 20 cases of normal inferior turbinate mucous membrane. Results: the expression of Survivin in SNSCC tissue was 88.6%, and there was no expression in normal inferior turbinate mucosa, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01). The expression of Bcl-2 in SNSCC tissue was 71.4%, which was significantly higher than that of normal inferior turbinate mucosa (25% (P0.01)). The expression of Survivin was positively correlated with the expression of Bcl-2 (P0.01). The higher the level of the tumor, the lower the expression level of Survivin and Bcl-2. Conclusion: Survivin and Bcl-2 are related to the occurrence and development of SNSCC, and Survivin may be the target of SNSCC gene therapy.
