【摘要】：目的臨床分析鼻內(nèi)窺鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)在慢性鼻竇炎并鼻息肉中的治療效果。方法回顧2016年5月至2017年5月我院治療的100例慢性鼻竇炎并鼻息肉患者的診療記錄資料,實(shí)施鼻內(nèi)窺鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)治療過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的不良癥狀進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),并判定患者術(shù)后療效。結(jié)果經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)窺鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療后,100例患者的總有效率(96%)非常高,且患者在術(shù)程中未發(fā)生嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥以及術(shù)后也未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良癥狀,整體療效較理想。結(jié)論在慢性鼻竇炎并鼻息肉治療中,鼻內(nèi)窺鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)能夠有效達(dá)到治療目的,且術(shù)中與術(shù)后發(fā)生的并發(fā)癥很少,可以在臨床中推進(jìn)應(yīng)用,以提高慢性鼻竇炎并鼻息肉患者的整體療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of minimally invasive endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods from May 2016 to May 2017, 100 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital were recorded, and the minimally invasive surgery under nasal endoscopy was performed. The adverse symptoms in the treatment process were statistically analyzed and the postoperative curative effect was judged. Results after nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery, the total effective rate of 100 patients (96%) was very high, and no serious complications occurred during the operation, and no serious adverse symptoms appeared after operation. The overall effect was satisfactory. Conclusion in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, endoscopic minimally invasive surgery can achieve the purpose of treatment effectively, and there are few complications during and after operation. It can be applied in clinical practice to improve the overall efficacy of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.
