Schatzker分類是臨床上最常用的脛骨平臺骨折分類系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)受傷機(jī)制及骨折部位將骨折分為六種類型。而Schatzker IV型骨折是一種特殊類型的脛骨平臺骨折,其損傷機(jī)制多為屈膝內(nèi)翻加軸向暴力所致,在所有脛骨平臺骨折人數(shù)中所占比例為10%-30%,合并軟組織損傷的幾率較高,通常需選擇手術(shù)治療,手術(shù)時機(jī)的選擇與軟組織損傷情況密切相關(guān)。對骨折復(fù)位來說,較早的進(jìn)行手術(shù)相對較容易,但是也相對增加了術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率。理想的手術(shù)入路要根據(jù)骨折的部位,類型及周圍軟組織損傷情況綜合考慮,只有正確的選擇手術(shù)入路及內(nèi)固定植入物的應(yīng)用,才能增加骨折愈合的幾率,同時降低傷口感染、骨折不愈合等相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。骨折類型的詳細(xì)分析,特別是關(guān)節(jié)面的移位、粉碎程度,骨折線的位置等對于骨折的復(fù)位及內(nèi)固定物的應(yīng)用極其重要,因此計算機(jī)斷層掃描（CT）的應(yīng)用對理解骨折類型十分必要,通過冠狀面與矢狀面的重建,能夠清晰地顯示骨折的形態(tài)和主要關(guān)節(jié)面的位置,從而準(zhǔn)確的分析受傷機(jī)制,并設(shè)計手術(shù)切口、復(fù)位方式和內(nèi)固定的方案。磁共振成像（MRI）掃描有助于全面了解膝關(guān)節(jié)周圍軟組織及韌帶的損傷情況,進(jìn)而有針對性地合理安排治療方案。目前...
