　　目的:對(duì)比短動(dòng)力髖結(jié)合腓骨植骨和短動(dòng)力髖結(jié)合空心釘兩種手術(shù)方案治療青壯年股骨頸骨折的臨床效果。方法:將2014年1月至2019年3月收治符合選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的PauwelsⅢ型青壯年股骨頸骨折患者共25例,根據(jù)手術(shù)方法不同隨機(jī)分為A、B兩組,經(jīng)閉合復(fù)位后,其中A組13例行短動(dòng)力髖結(jié)合腓骨植骨術(shù)治療,B組12例行短動(dòng)力髖結(jié)合空心釘治療,記錄并對(duì)比兩組不同PauwelsⅢ型青壯年股骨頸骨折病人的手術(shù)時(shí)間、出血量、骨折愈合時(shí)間、Harris功能評(píng)分以及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。結(jié)果:手術(shù)時(shí)間、出血量A組（3.51±1.32h;453.85±236.70ml）與B組（3.20±1.38h;441.70±331.55ml）比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P1=0.57;P2=0.916）;骨折愈合時(shí)間A組（5.30±1.03m）明顯短于B組（8.27±1.34m）,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P=0.00）;術(shù)后Harris功能評(píng)分A組（95.5±2.38）高于B組（87.08±9.22）（P=0.03）;退釘及股骨頭壞死發(fā)生率A組（0;0）顯著比B組（41.7%;25%）低（P1=0.009;P2=0.03）,骨不愈合率A組...
