【摘要】：[目的]探討膝關(guān)節(jié)多發(fā)韌帶損傷關(guān)節(jié)鏡下一期重建交叉韌帶和周圍韌帶的臨床療效。[方法]2013年12月~2014年10月,24例膝關(guān)節(jié)多發(fā)韌帶損傷患者關(guān)節(jié)鏡下一期重建交叉韌帶和周圍韌帶。其中男16例,女8例;年齡21~54歲,平均31.5歲。左膝10例,右膝14例。術(shù)前術(shù)后采用Lysholm評分。[結(jié)果]24例中術(shù)后隨訪1年者6例,隨訪半年以上者11例,隨訪3個月者4例,隨訪3個月以內(nèi)者3例。IKDC評級,正常8例,接近正常12例,不正常4例。Lysholm評分優(yōu)6例,良14例,中4例。伸膝完全正常者18例,輕度受限者6例。膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲活動度完全正常者14例,100°~120°以內(nèi)者8例,90°左右者2例。[結(jié)論]膝關(guān)節(jié)多發(fā)韌帶損傷應(yīng)盡早重建交叉韌帶并修復(fù)周圍韌帶,尤其是后外復(fù)合體及3度周圍韌帶損傷。
