基于眼動訓(xùn)練的腹腔鏡手術(shù)培訓(xùn)方法的研究

【摘要】:目前國內(nèi)腹腔鏡訓(xùn)練的相關(guān)研究中,研究者側(cè)重于研究手眼協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系中器械的移動路徑,忽視了視覺在腹腔鏡訓(xùn)練中的引導(dǎo)作用。其它領(lǐng)域已有研究表明,通過注視訓(xùn)練,可以提高訓(xùn)練者的知覺-運動技能水平。本文旨在探討視線追蹤技術(shù)在腹腔鏡模擬訓(xùn)練中的有效性,分析不同訓(xùn)練方式下受試者的注視策略。本文利用Tobii X1 Light型號眼動儀追蹤受試者在手術(shù)訓(xùn)練箱中進行左右移環(huán)任務(wù)時的注視點位置,獲取表征注視策略方面的指標(biāo):任務(wù)完成的效率,以及視覺搜索、視覺加工和基于馬爾可夫鏈模型的注視轉(zhuǎn)移分析。研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過眼動訓(xùn)練后,受試者的末次完成時間較首次完成時間減少了101.5 s。與視頻訓(xùn)練方式相比,眼動組訓(xùn)練前后,注視行為有顯著變化;受試者的注視與眼跳時間的比值增加38%,對目標(biāo)區(qū)域的注視時間增加,眼跳幅度增大0.58°,受試者的注視點轉(zhuǎn)移到器械的概率減小15%。本文研究結(jié)果表明,可以將視線追蹤技術(shù)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域擴展到腹腔鏡模擬培訓(xùn)中,通過學(xué)習(xí)專家的注視策略,提高受試者的技能水平,縮短學(xué)習(xí)曲線。
[Abstract]:At present, in the related research of laparoscopic training in China, researchers focus on the movement path of instruments in hand-eye coordination relationship, ignoring the guiding role of vision in laparoscopic training. Other studies have shown that the level of perceptual and motor skills can be improved by watching training. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effectiveness of line of sight tracking in laparoscopic simulation training and to analyze the fixation strategies of subjects under different training methods. In this paper, the Tobii X1 Light eye movement instrument is used to track the position of the eyes when the subjects carry out the left and right shift ring tasks in the surgical training box, and the indexes to characterize the fixation strategy are obtained: the efficiency of task completion, visual search, visual processing and gaze transfer analysis based on Markov chain model. The results showed that after eye movement training, the last completion time of the subjects was 101.5 s less than that of the first completion time. Compared with the video training method, the fixation behavior of the eye movement group changed significantly before and after training, the ratio of fixation to saccade time increased by 38%, the fixation time to the target area increased, the eye jump amplitude increased by 0.58 擄, and the probability of the subjects transferring the injection point to the instrument decreased by 15%. The results of this paper show that the application of line-of-sight tracking technology can be extended to laparoscopic simulation training, and the skill level of the subjects can be improved and the learning curve can be shortened by learning the gaze strategy of experts.
