頸深肌與慢性頸痛關(guān)系的臨床研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:慢性頸痛的發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未完全闡明,頸部深、淺肌肉在頸椎的運動、姿勢和穩(wěn)定性方面起重要作用,針對頸深肌的訓(xùn)練對于緩解疼痛有明顯療效,頸深肌在慢性頸痛診療中的重要作用正逐漸被認(rèn)識。本文從頸深肌的檢測方法、評價指標(biāo)和訓(xùn)練方法3個方面對頸深肌與慢性頸痛的研究進(jìn)行綜述,分析肌電圖、核磁共振和超聲等方法的特點,評價肌肉厚度、橫截面積、肌電振幅、橫向弛豫時間和募集等指標(biāo)的研究成效,介紹頸部屈曲訓(xùn)練(CF)和顱頸屈曲訓(xùn)練(CCF)在針對深頸屈肌訓(xùn)練方面的研究進(jìn)展,旨在加深對頸深肌與慢性頸痛關(guān)系的理解。
[Abstract]:The pathogenesis of chronic cervical pain has not been fully clarified, and the deep and superficial muscles of the neck play an important role in the movement, posture and stability of the cervical vertebra. This paper reviews the research of deep-deep muscle and chronic cervical pain from three aspects of the method of detecting the deep-deep muscle, the evaluation index and the training method, and analyzes the characteristics of the methods such as electromyography, nuclear magnetic resonance and ultrasound, and evaluates the muscle thickness, cross-sectional area and myoelectric amplitude. The results of the study on the transverse relaxation time and the recruitment index are introduced in this paper. The research progress of the neck flexion training (CF) and the craniocervical flexion training (CCF) in the training of the deep cervical flexors is introduced. The aim of this study is to improve the understanding of the relationship between the deep cervical muscle and the chronic cervical pain.
