【摘要】：目的探討改良TST術(shù)聯(lián)合縫扎術(shù)治療Ⅲ、Ⅳ度脫垂性痔病的臨床療效。方法選擇40例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度脫垂性痔病患者,隨機(jī)均分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各20例,試驗(yàn)組采用改良TST術(shù)聯(lián)合縫扎術(shù)治療,對(duì)照組采用改良TST術(shù)治療,對(duì)比觀察2組患者的療效、手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥(術(shù)后出血、術(shù)后肛門(mén)水腫、疼痛、尿潴留、肛門(mén)狹窄)、總體滿(mǎn)意度及復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果 2組在療效、手術(shù)用時(shí)、總體滿(mǎn)意度、尿潴留、肛門(mén)狹窄方面比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,而在術(shù)中出血量、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間及術(shù)后出血、肛門(mén)水腫、疼痛、復(fù)發(fā)率方面,試驗(yàn)組顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論改良TST術(shù)聯(lián)合縫扎術(shù)治療Ⅲ、Ⅳ度脫垂性痔病療效確切,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低,療程短,患者滿(mǎn)意度高,術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率低,是一種具有較高臨床應(yīng)用和推廣價(jià)值的手術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of modified TST combined with suture in the treatment of grade III and IV prolapsed hemorrhoids. Methods 40 patients with grade III and IV prolapsed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). The experimental group was treated with modified TST combined with suture and the control group was treated with modified TST. The curative effect, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, wound healing time and postoperative complications (postoperative bleeding, postoperative anal edema, pain, urinary retention, anal stricture) were compared between the two groups. Overall satisfaction and recurrence rate. Results there was no significant difference in curative effect, operation time, overall satisfaction, urinary retention and anal stricture between the two groups, but the amount of intraoperative bleeding, wound healing time, postoperative bleeding, anal edema, pain and recurrence rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion modified TST combined with suture is effective in the treatment of grade III and IV prolapsed hemorrhoids. The incidence of postoperative complications is low, the course of treatment is short, the satisfaction of patients is high, and the recurrence rate is low. It is a kind of operation with high clinical application and popularization value.
