【摘要】：股骨髁Hoffa骨折是一種膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)不穩(wěn)定骨折,臨床發(fā)病率極低,但治療并發(fā)癥較多。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對其研究相對較少。近年來,隨著影像學(xué)檢查手段、外科手術(shù)器械、骨折內(nèi)固定裝置以及外科治療理念等方面的不斷革新,Hoffa骨折的診斷及治療方法取得了重大進(jìn)展。CT、關(guān)節(jié)鏡等技術(shù)得到普及與應(yīng)用,改良的手術(shù)方式及更科學(xué)牢固的骨折固定方式不斷被提出,使患者術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)功能的恢復(fù)得到顯著改善。
[Abstract]:Hoffa fracture of thigh condyle is a kind of unstable fracture of knee joint. The clinical incidence is very low, but there are many complications in the treatment. There is relatively little research on it by scholars at home and abroad. In recent years, with the continuous innovation of imaging examination, surgical instruments, fracture internal fixation devices and surgical treatment concepts, great progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of Hoffa fractures. Ct, arthroscopy and other techniques have been popularized and applied, improved surgical methods and more scientific and solid fracture fixation methods have been put forward, so that the recovery of knee joint function after operation has been significantly improved.
