肌內(nèi)效貼布對(duì)緩解肩頸部肌肉緊張度的時(shí)效性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether intramuscular patch can effectively reduce the tension of shoulder and neck muscles, and to determine how long its function is valid, so as to test whether it can be used as a simple physiotherapy method to relieve muscle tension, eliminate stiffness and effectively reduce the incidence of cervical spondylosis. Methods: in this study, 32 ordinary adults were selected, who were healthy, had no history of shoulder and neck, and had no exercise habits. They worked on the case every day or faced the video terminal for more than 5 hours, and had shoulder and neck muscle tension and soreness. The experiment was designed as a Latin square experiment, which included muscle physical properties test, muscle fatigue test and cervical vertebra range test. The statistical method is to use two-factor variance analysis to compare whether there is interaction between intervention means and intervention duration, and then use one-factor variance analysis to obtain their main effects, the significance level is p0.05. the statistical method uses two-factor variance analysis to compare the interaction between the two factors, and then uses one-factor variance analysis to obtain their main effects, and the significance level is p0.05. In the sticking group, the muscle tension and hardness of the improved group were significantly lower than those of the control group (p0.05), and in the cervical vertebra range test, the range of flexion and extension in the improved group increased significantly after intervention, and the extension amplitude in the exercise group increased significantly (p0.05). In the muscle fatigue test, the incidence of muscle fatigue in the sticking group, exercise group and improvement group decreased by more than 50%, while that in the control group did not change. (3) the muscle tension and hardness in the 3-day group were significantly lower than those in the other groups, showing that the decrease increased with the prolongation of time. In the muscle fatigue test, the decline value of the 3-day group was 37.50%, which was higher than that of the other three groups. Conclusion: (1) both intramuscular effect and exercise can effectively reduce the tension of shoulder and neck muscles, and the effective rate of intramuscular effect is faster, so when the intervention time is short, the curative effect of intramuscular effect is better than that of exercise. (2) the intramuscular effect is continuous, there is no sensitive period, the longer the intervention time, the more obvious the curative effect.
