肌內(nèi)效貼布對(duì)緩解肩頸部肌肉緊張度的時(shí)效性研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究擬通過(guò)探索肌內(nèi)效貼布貼扎能否有效地降低肩頸部肌肉的緊張度,明確其發(fā)揮作用的有效期為多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間,從而檢驗(yàn)其是否可以作為一種緩解肌肉緊張,消除僵硬,進(jìn)而有效降低頸椎病發(fā)病率的簡(jiǎn)易理療手段。 方法:本研究主要采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法,選取的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象為普通成人32名,身體健康,無(wú)肩頸部病史,無(wú)運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣,自述每天伏案工作或面對(duì)視頻終端時(shí)間超過(guò)5小時(shí),并存在肩頸部肌肉緊張和酸痛不適的情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)為“拉丁方”實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)試內(nèi)容包括肌肉物理特性測(cè)試、肌肉疲勞狀況測(cè)試和頸椎活動(dòng)范圍測(cè)試。統(tǒng)計(jì)方法則是利用雙因素方差分析比較干預(yù)手段和干預(yù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)這兩個(gè)因素間是否存在交互作用,再利用單因素方差分析得出各自的主效應(yīng),顯著性水平為p0.05。 結(jié)果:(1)干預(yù)手段與干預(yù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)這兩個(gè)因素間不存在交互作用。(2)對(duì)比不同干預(yù)手段,在肌肉物理特性測(cè)試中,。貼扎組、提高組的肌肉張力和硬度與對(duì)照組相比均顯著降低(p0.05);在頸椎活動(dòng)范圍測(cè)試中,貼扎組、提高組在干預(yù)后前屈、后伸的幅度顯著增大,運(yùn)動(dòng)組后伸幅度顯著增大(p0.05);在肌肉疲勞狀況測(cè)試中,貼扎組、運(yùn)動(dòng)組和提高組肌肉疲勞的發(fā)生率大幅降低,降幅均為50%以上,而對(duì)照組則未發(fā)生變化。(3)對(duì)比不同貼扎時(shí)長(zhǎng),3天組的肌肉張力、硬度要明顯低于其它組別,表現(xiàn)為隨著時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),降低幅度不斷增大;在肌肉疲勞狀況測(cè)試中,3天組的下降值為37.50%,大于其它3個(gè)組。 結(jié)論:(1)肌內(nèi)效貼扎與運(yùn)動(dòng)均可以有效降低肩頸部肌肉的緊張度,肌內(nèi)效貼扎起效速度快,因此當(dāng)干預(yù)時(shí)間較短時(shí),貼扎的療效好于運(yùn)動(dòng)。(2)肌內(nèi)效貼扎為持續(xù)性地發(fā)揮功效,不存在敏感期,干預(yù)時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),療效越明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether intramuscular patch can effectively reduce the tension of shoulder and neck muscles, and to determine how long its function is valid, so as to test whether it can be used as a simple physiotherapy method to relieve muscle tension, eliminate stiffness and effectively reduce the incidence of cervical spondylosis. Methods: in this study, 32 ordinary adults were selected, who were healthy, had no history of shoulder and neck, and had no exercise habits. They worked on the case every day or faced the video terminal for more than 5 hours, and had shoulder and neck muscle tension and soreness. The experiment was designed as a Latin square experiment, which included muscle physical properties test, muscle fatigue test and cervical vertebra range test. In the muscle fatigue test, the incidence of muscle fatigue in the sticking group, exercise group and improvement group decreased by more than 50%, while that in the control group did not change. (3) the muscle tension and hardness in the 3-day group were significantly lower than those in the other groups, showing that the decrease increased with the prolongation of time. In the muscle fatigue test, the decline value of the 3-day group was 37.50%, which was higher than that of the other three groups. Conclusion: (1) both intramuscular effect and exercise can effectively reduce the tension of shoulder and neck muscles, and the effective rate of intramuscular effect is faster, so when the intervention time is short, the curative effect of intramuscular effect is better than that of exercise. (2) the intramuscular effect is continuous, there is no sensitive period, the longer the intervention time, the more obvious the curative effect.
