【摘要】：正利用可視喉鏡進(jìn)行氣管插管是實(shí)施臨床麻醉、建立呼吸通道、急救復(fù)蘇、院前搶救急危重患者的一項(xiàng)基本而又快速有效的重要操作技術(shù)~([1])。隨著醫(yī)療器械工業(yè)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,各種類型的視頻化喉鏡如Mc Coy喉鏡、Mc Grath視頻喉鏡、可視喉鏡、帝視內(nèi)窺鏡等已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床,不僅大量地節(jié)約插管時(shí)間,而且極大地提高了麻醉醫(yī)生處理各種普通以及困難氣道插管的能力~([2-3])。
[Abstract]:Endotracheal intubation with visual laryngoscope is a basic and rapid and effective technique for clinical anesthesia, establishment of respiratory channels, emergency resuscitation and pre-hospital rescue of critically ill patients. With the rapid development of medical device industry technology, various types of video laryngoscope, such as Mc Coy laryngoscope, Mc Grath video laryngoscope, visual endoscope and so on, have been widely used in clinic, which not only saves a lot of intubation time, but also greatly improves the ability of anesthesiologists to deal with all kinds of common and difficult airway intubation.
