【摘要】：關(guān)節(jié)疾病是臨床上的常見病及多發(fā)病,在臨床工作中,其診斷主要依靠詢問病史、體格檢查、影像學檢查及相關(guān)血液學檢查等。但上述方法診斷價值有限,因不能更早期且準確地診斷關(guān)節(jié)疾病而導致患者很可能錯失早期的有效治療。近年來在骨關(guān)節(jié)疾病中關(guān)節(jié)液的相關(guān)研究越來越受到重視,有研究表明關(guān)節(jié)疾病的早期改變中有關(guān)節(jié)液成分的變化及關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)環(huán)境的改變,所以關(guān)節(jié)液檢查為早期準確診斷關(guān)節(jié)疾病提供了可能。本文就一些常見的關(guān)節(jié)疾病,如骨關(guān)節(jié)炎、假體周圍感染、化膿性關(guān)節(jié)炎、類風濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎及痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎等,介紹了在這些疾病中常見的關(guān)節(jié)液檢查方法、手段及進展,并對關(guān)節(jié)液檢查分析的未來前景及意義進行展望。
[Abstract]:Joint disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic. In clinical work, its diagnosis mainly depends on medical history, physical examination, imaging examination and related hematological examination. However, the diagnostic value of the above methods is limited, and patients are likely to miss early and effective treatment because they can not diagnose joint diseases more early and accurately. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the study of synovial fluid in bone and joint diseases. Some studies have shown that the changes of ganglion fluid composition and intra-joint environment in the early changes of joint diseases. Therefore, joint fluid examination provides the possibility for early and accurate diagnosis of joint diseases. In this paper, some common joint diseases, such as osteoarthritis, periprosthetic infection, suppurative arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gouty arthritis, are introduced, and the methods, means and progress of synovial fluid examination in these diseases are introduced. The future prospect and significance of joint fluid examination and analysis were also prospected.
