應(yīng)用三維掃描技術(shù)測量評估透明質(zhì)酸矯正鼻唇溝皺褶的術(shù)后效果
[Abstract]:Objective: to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the postoperative effect of hyaluronic acid filling in correction of nasolabial groove fold by three-dimensional scanning technique, and to establish a new method for measuring and evaluating facial nasolabial groove, and the feasibility of this method is also discussed. Verify the accuracy. Methods: 40 subjects with nasolabial sulcus score of 3 and 4 were filled with hyaluronic acid, and the severity of nasolabial sulcus before and after operation and the overall facial cosmetic effect were evaluated. The three-dimensional data before and after injection were collected by VTOP three-dimensional scanner, and the three-dimensional data before injection of nasolabial sulcus were used as reference baseline. the three-dimensional data before and after injection were measured and compared by Geomagic Qualify 13.0 software. The effective volume, 2D size and three dimensional deviation of nasolabial groove before and after injection were evaluated dynamically. Results: 1. All the subjects did not have allergic reactions, delayed allergic reactions and other serious allergic reactions, local swelling, pain, no special treatment within a week self-improvement. 2. The evaluation results of the severity of nasolabial sulcus and the overall facial cosmetic effect showed that the average score of the subjects and the researchers at each time point was basically the same, and the score of nasolabial sulcus wrinkle decreased four months after injection compared with that before injection. The improvement of the overall facial beauty effect was about 75%, but the average score of the subjects was lower than that of the researchers. 3. The effective volume of nasolabial groove measured by three-dimensional scanning software was compared at each time point. The measured volume of labial sulcus was 0.50ml one week, 0.56ml in one month, 0.49ml in February and 0.43ml in three months. The measured volume was 0.32 ml in April. The regression analysis was carried out between the measured volume and the actual injection volume at different time points. The statistical results showed that there was a high linear correlation between the measured volume and the shallow injection volume one week after operation (R square = 0.56, p0.05). There was no linear correlation at other time points. 4.2D size analysis showed that the height of the lateral nasal area was 2.38 mm, 2.06 mm, 2.Olmm 2 months, 1.48 mm 3 months and 0.85 mm 1 month, 2.06 mm, 1.48 mm and 0.85 mm respectively one week after operation, 2.06 mm 1 month, 2.Olmm 2 months after operation, 1.48 mm 3 months after operation and 0.85 mm at 4 months after operation. The ratio of 35.6% was 35.6% one week after operation, and the height decreased gradually with the prolongation of time. 5. There was no significant difference between the effective volume measurement and the actual injection volume one week after operation, but there was no significant difference between P0.05 and the actual injection volume. The results of regression linear analysis showed that there was a highly correlated linear relationship between them, P0.05, which was statistically significant. The standard deviation of bilateral measurements obtained by repeatability verification is 0.032 and 0.018, respectively. the method has good repeatability and high accuracy. Conclusion: 1. After four months of clinical study, it has been verified that three-dimensional scanning technique can be used to measure and evaluate the postoperative effect of nasal labial groove wrinkle filling for a long time. 2. The measurement method has been proved to have high accuracy and good repeatability, and it is worth further popularizing and applying. Hyaluronic acid injection filling has a good effect on correction of nasal labial groove wrinkle, and it is safe and reliable.
