射頻輔助吸脂技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與療效觀察

【摘要】:[目的]通過(guò)應(yīng)用射頻對(duì)脂肪和水的作用產(chǎn)生深層熱能,以消融并破壞堆積的脂肪組織,同時(shí)均勻刺激脂肪膈結(jié)締組織中的膠原蛋白纖維、部分筋膜中的膠原蛋白纖維及真皮膠原蛋白邊緣收縮,以使皮膚及軟組織外觀收縮。并通過(guò)術(shù)后隨訪觀察脂肪組織厚度的改變及皮膚和軟組織的萎縮程度及醫(yī)患雙方術(shù)后評(píng)估以研究射頻輔助吸脂技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用效果。[方法]對(duì)44例脂肪堆積合并皮膚松弛的臨床患者,用以色列Bodytite射頻治療儀進(jìn)行射頻溶脂手術(shù),術(shù)后隨訪6個(gè)月,分別采用主觀效果評(píng)定和客觀測(cè)量值來(lái)判定效果。分別記錄病人及醫(yī)生對(duì)治療效果的評(píng)定分?jǐn)?shù);用皮下脂肪測(cè)量卡尺測(cè)量皮下脂肪厚度值作為融脂效果的判定;用軟尺測(cè)量治療區(qū)域維度作為組織收緊提拉效果的判定結(jié)果用SPSS 17.00統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。[結(jié)果]在1MHz雙極射頻作用下,治療區(qū)域脂肪得到溶解并吸出,治療區(qū)域皮膚及軟組織收縮,并在6個(gè)月內(nèi)逐漸代謝溶解及凋亡的脂肪細(xì)胞,新生深層膠原。44例患者術(shù)后3例失訪,正常隨訪41例。術(shù)前和術(shù)后6個(gè)月溶脂滿意度(0-5分):患者組4.44分,醫(yī)師組4.67,術(shù)前和術(shù)后6個(gè)月皮膚收緊滿意度(0-5分):患者組4.47分,醫(yī)師組4.65,術(shù)前及術(shù)后6個(gè)月面部、頸部、上臂、腰部、腹部、下肢皮膚褶皺厚度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)有差異(P0.05),術(shù)前及術(shù)后6個(gè)月面部、頸部、上臂、腰部、腹部、下肢維度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)有差異(P0.05)。術(shù)后未出現(xiàn)血腫、血清腫、皮膚燙傷、感染等并發(fā)癥。其中早期面部手術(shù)三例術(shù)后出現(xiàn)口角輕度歪斜,經(jīng)藥物治療后1個(gè)月明顯緩解,3個(gè)月癥狀完全消失。[結(jié)論]射頻輔助吸脂手術(shù)可同時(shí)安全并有效的消除多余堆積脂肪并收緊皮膚及皮下組織,可進(jìn)行身體各部分輪廓的精雕塑,同時(shí)熱作用凝固血管減少出血,減少常規(guī)抽脂術(shù)中血腫或血清腫等并發(fā)癥,是新型、安全、微創(chuàng)、快速、恢復(fù)快的手術(shù)方法。
[Abstract]:[objective] to dissolve and destroy the accumulated adipose tissue by using radiofrequency to generate deep heat energy on fat and water, and to stimulate collagen fiber in adipose diaphragm connective tissue. Collagen fibers and dermis collagen in some fascia contract at the edge of skin and soft tissue. The changes of adipose tissue thickness, the degree of atrophy of skin and soft tissue and the postoperative evaluation of both doctors and patients were observed to study the clinical effect of radiofrequency assisted liposuction. [methods] 44 clinical patients with fat accumulation complicated with skin relaxation were treated with radiofrequency liposuction with Israeli Bodytite radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus. The patients were followed up for 6 months. Subjective effect evaluation and objective measurement were used to evaluate the effect. The evaluation scores of patients and doctors on the therapeutic effect were recorded respectively, and the subcutaneous fat thickness was measured by subcutaneous fat measuring caliper as the judgment of fusion fat effect. Using soft ruler to measure the dimension of treatment area as the result of tissue tightening and pulling effect, SPSS 17.00 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.
