【摘要】：目的:觀察聚焦超聲溶脂聯(lián)合注射溶脂、冷凍溶脂在腹部溶脂塑形方面的臨床療效,評價此治療方案的臨床效果。方法:選取40例21~57歲之間的腹部肥胖受試者,將其分為A、B、C、D 4個組,其中A組只采取聚焦超聲溶脂治療,B組只采取注射溶脂治療,C組只采取冷凍溶脂治療,D組采取以上3種方法的聯(lián)合治療方案。對受試者治療前后腹圍加以測量,觀察本研究的可行性及有效程度。結(jié)果:本研究的D組相較于A、B、C 3組受試者的腹圍有較為明顯的減少。治療前后的腹圍比較,其差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:聚焦超聲溶脂聯(lián)合注射溶脂、冷凍溶脂在腹部塑形方面具有顯著的臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound combined with injection of lipid-dissolving and freezing-dissolving fat in abdominal fat-dissolving molding, and to evaluate the clinical effect of this treatment scheme. Methods: 40 obese abdominal subjects aged between 21 and 57 were divided into four groups: group A, B, C, D. Group A was treated with focused ultrasound, group B was treated with injection of lipid, group C was treated with frozen fat, group A was treated with focused ultrasound, and group C was treated with cryosolysis, while group A was treated with focused ultrasound, and group C was treated with cryosolysis. Group D was treated with the combination of the above three methods. The abdominal circumference of the subjects was measured before and after treatment to observe the feasibility and effectiveness of the study. Results: compared with A and B, the abdominal circumference of group C 3 was significantly decreased in group D. There was a significant difference in abdominal circumference before and after treatment. Conclusion: focused ultrasound combined with injection of lipid-soluble, frozen-lysed fat has a significant clinical effect on abdominal shaping.
