【摘要】：目的:對(duì)自體脂肪顆粒移植在手部年輕化中的應(yīng)用與研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。方法:廣泛查閱近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于自體脂肪顆粒移植應(yīng)用于手部年輕化中的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果:自體脂肪顆粒移植技術(shù)已日趨成熟,應(yīng)用在手部中可補(bǔ)充組織容量,改善皮膚質(zhì)地,調(diào)整手部輪廓,獲得良好臨床效果。目前在供區(qū)選擇、脂肪采集方法、純化技術(shù)、脂肪填充技術(shù)、填充脂肪量等方面尚存在爭(zhēng)議,但所采取的自體脂肪顆粒移植填充手部的基本原則一致。結(jié)論:從循證醫(yī)學(xué)角度來(lái)看,自體脂肪顆粒移植技術(shù)在手年輕化中的臨床應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)較多,但是客觀證據(jù)不足,有待進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to review the application and research progress of autologous fat particle transplantation in hand rejuvenation. Methods: the literatures about autogenous fat particle transplantation in hand rejuvenation were reviewed and analyzed. Results: the technique of autogenous fat particle transplantation has become more and more mature. It can supplement the tissue capacity, improve the texture of skin, adjust the contour of the hand, and obtain good clinical effect. At present, the selection of donor area, fat collection method, purification technology, fat filling technique and fat filling amount are still controversial, but the basic principle of autogenous fat particle transplantation to fill the hand is the same. Conclusion: from the point of view of evidence-based medicine, there are many clinical experiences of autologous fat particle transplantation in hand rejuvenation, but the objective evidence is insufficient, which needs to be further studied.
