【摘要】：目的研究不同手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)對(duì)急性闌尾炎預(yù)后的影響。方法回顧性分析中國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第四醫(yī)院2014年1月至2016年5月428例急性闌尾炎病人臨床資料。根據(jù)病人手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)的不同,將發(fā)病≤72 h行手術(shù)治療的328例病人納入72 h內(nèi)手術(shù)組,發(fā)病時(shí)間72 h行手術(shù)治療的100例病人納入延遲手術(shù)組,分析不同的手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)與病人住院時(shí)間、手術(shù)時(shí)間、手術(shù)費(fèi)用、排氣時(shí)間、中轉(zhuǎn)開腹率、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果延遲手術(shù)組住院費(fèi)用高于72 h內(nèi)手術(shù)組(P0.05),而兩組病人手術(shù)時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、排氣時(shí)間、中轉(zhuǎn)開腹率以及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論急性闌尾炎發(fā)病時(shí)間72 h的病人同樣可行手術(shù)治療,且可行腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù),避免二次入院手術(shù)治療,縮短病程,減少住院費(fèi)用,減輕病人痛苦。
