手術(shù)治療腰椎間盤退變的術(shù)后早期復(fù)發(fā)率與COL9A2基因多態(tài)性相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Aim: there are few reports about the effect of COL9A2 gene mutation on the postoperative recurrence rate of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration, especially in domestic population. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between COL9A2 gene polymorphism and postoperative recurrence rate of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration. Methods: 146 patients (77 males and 69 females) with lumbar disc degeneration underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were divided into two groups: 74 patients (39 males and 35 females). The mean age was 49.8 years old) within 24 months after the first operation. In another group, 72 patients (38 males, 34 females, mean age 49.7 years) did not recur within 24 months after the first operation, and the other 72 patients (38 males and 34 females, mean age 49.7 years) did not recur within 24 months after the first operation. After follow-up, the peripheral blood was collected with the informed consent of the patients, and the amplified products were analyzed by restriction fragment analysis. Results: (1) all the samples were digested by endonuclease BsmF1 and the results were as follows: 71 cases of recurrence group and no recurrence group, 68 cases of Trp-free type, 3 cases of non-recurrence group, 3 cases of non-recurrence group and 3 cases of non-recurrence group, respectively. Trp heterozygote was found in 4 patients. (2) the results of restriction endonuclease BceA1 digestion showed that there were 10 cases in recurrence group and no recurrence group, 2 cases were Arg/Arg type, 54 cases were Gln/Gln type, 58 cases were Gln/Gln type, and 5 cases in non-recurrence group, 2 cases were Arg/Arg type, 58 cases were Gln/Gln type, 2 cases were Arg/Arg type, 58 cases were Gln/Gln type, and 2 cases were Gln/Gln type. (3) compared with the non-recurrent group, the percentage of arginine homozygotes was higher in the recurrent group than that in the non-recurrent group (P < 0. 031). (3) the number of arginine homozygotes in the recurrent group was higher than that in the non-recurrent group (P < 0. 031). Conclusion: there is a correlation between COL9A2 gene polymorphism and early recurrence of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in China.
