【摘要】：正骨關(guān)節(jié)炎呈全球性流行。研究~([1])發(fā)現(xiàn)60歲以上男性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的患病率為10%,女性為13%。骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的危險因素有很多,如年齡、肥胖、性激素等,但是吸煙是否是骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的危險因素則一直存在爭議。本文從氧化應(yīng)激角度出發(fā),闡述吸煙與骨關(guān)節(jié)炎之間關(guān)系的研究現(xiàn)狀及研究結(jié)果之間產(chǎn)生矛盾原因、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎與氧化應(yīng)激之間的關(guān)系、吸煙與氧化應(yīng)激之間的關(guān)系等,為今后研究吸煙與骨關(guān)節(jié)炎之間關(guān)系提供線索。1吸煙與骨關(guān)節(jié)炎之間關(guān)系研究現(xiàn)狀及矛盾原因
