重復(fù)經(jīng)顱磁刺激聯(lián)合嗅鞘細(xì)胞移植治療脊髓損傷
[Abstract]:Background: the traditional view is that mammalian brain and spinal cord injury can not regenerate, and the prognosis of functional recovery after spinal cord injury is very poor. Objective: to analyze the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation in the treatment of spinal cord injury in rats. Methods: 80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: thoracic spinal cord injury group, olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation group, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group and combined group. Rats in each group were treated with T10 total laminectomy to establish an animal model of thoracic spinal cord transection injury. After 24 hours, the olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation group and the combined group were injected with olfactory ensheathing cells near the injured area. Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation was performed on the left anterior fontanelle of rats in the combined group and repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation group. Results and conclusion: four weeks after transplantation, compared with the other three groups, the rats in the group of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with olfactory ensheathing cells showed obvious recovery of motor function, increased BBB score of motor function, and obvious recovery of electrophysiological function of sciatic nerve in the group of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation and olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation. The injured spinal cord was well repaired. The results suggest that repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation can obtain significant therapeutic effect on spinal cord injury in rats. Combined use of both can significantly promote axon regeneration and functional recovery after spinal cord injury.
