【摘要】：自從20世紀(jì)80年代人工關(guān)節(jié)出現(xiàn)以來,骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(OA)的治療策略一直沒有大的變革。針對早期或中期OA患者,目前還缺乏有效干預(yù)病程進(jìn)展的治療手段。近10年來,關(guān)于OA的發(fā)病原因、病理機(jī)制等方面的基礎(chǔ)研究工作取得了不少成果,有望從根本上改變OA治療的策略。而臨床現(xiàn)有的治療手段也在不斷革新改進(jìn),諸如單髁置換手術(shù)、氨甲環(huán)酸控制圍手術(shù)期出血的應(yīng)用等等,這些都受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。因此,OA的全程有效治療還有待于深入的基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床探索。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of artificial joints in the 1980 s, there has been no significant change in the treatment strategy of osteoarthritis (OA). For early or middle stage OA patients, there is still a lack of effective intervention in the course of treatment. In the past 10 years, many achievements have been made in the basic research on the pathogenesis and pathological mechanism of OA, which is expected to fundamentally change the strategy of OA therapy. The existing clinical treatment methods, such as single condylar replacement surgery, the application of carbamoic acid to control perioperative bleeding and so on, have been paid more and more attention. Therefore, the full effective treatment of OA remains to be further basic research and clinical exploration.
