【摘要】：目的總結(jié)后外側(cè)倒L形入路3.5 mm T形支撐鋼板治療單純后外側(cè)脛骨平臺(tái)骨折的臨床療效。方法 2011年3月—2016年1月,采用后外側(cè)倒L形入路3.5 mm T形支撐鋼板內(nèi)固定治療單純后外側(cè)脛骨平臺(tái)骨折13例。男6例,女7例;年齡28~52歲,平均43歲。左側(cè)5例,右側(cè)8例;致傷原因:交通事故傷6例,摔傷3例,高處墜落傷4例。術(shù)前行X線片、CT三維重建和MRI檢查,均為單純后外側(cè)脛骨平臺(tái)骨折;Schatzker分型:Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型9例。受傷至手術(shù)時(shí)間5~9 d,平均7 d。結(jié)果術(shù)后1例患者切口皮膚壞死,給予清創(chuàng)植皮后創(chuàng)面愈合;余均Ⅰ期愈合。13例患者均獲隨訪,隨訪時(shí)間10~16個(gè)月,平均13個(gè)月。所有患者術(shù)后3個(gè)月X線片示骨折線均模糊,術(shù)后12個(gè)月骨折線均消失。無切口感染、重要血管神經(jīng)損傷、內(nèi)固定物松動(dòng)或斷裂以及關(guān)節(jié)面再次移位塌陷等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。末次隨訪時(shí)按改良美國特種外科醫(yī)院(HSS)膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分評(píng)價(jià)膝關(guān)節(jié)功能,獲89~97分,平均94分;均達(dá)優(yōu)。結(jié)論后外側(cè)倒L形入路3.5 mm T形支撐鋼板內(nèi)固定可作為治療單純后外側(cè)脛骨平臺(tái)骨折的首選手術(shù)方式之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical effect of 3. 5 mm T-supported plate in the treatment of simple posterolateral tibial plateau fractures.
