基于有限元分析方法的Vancouver B1型假體周?chē)钦蹆?nèi)固定方式的比較
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the stability and biomechanics of different internal fixation methods for periprosthetic fracture of Vancouver B1 femur after hip arthroplasty by finite element method. [methods] to simulate the periprosthetic fracture of Vancouver B1 femur after artificial hip arthroplasty, and to simulate the internal fixation of different locking titanium plate screws, and to simulate the loading of partial and complete load on the assembly, and to compare the results among groups. [results] with the increase of the number of titanium plates and screws, the displacement of the fracture end decreased, the stability of internal fixation increased, the peak value of Von Mises stress distributed on the titanium plate gradually decreased, and the titanium plate with single and eight holes decreased. There was significant difference between single and double eight-hole titanium plate fixation groups, but there was no significant difference between double-ten-hole titanium plate and double-eight-hole titanium plate fixation group. At the same time, the peak value of Von Mises stress on the prosthesis gradually increased, but there was no significant difference among the groups. [conclusion] for the periprosthetic fracture of Vancouver B1 femur, if the locking titanium plate screw is used to treat the fracture, the double titanium plate can provide higher stability than the single titanium plate, and the peak stress distribution on the titanium plate can be reduced at the same time. But long double titanium plate (double ten holes) is not necessary.
