不同加載條件下的腰椎間盤蠕變實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究加載條件對(duì)腰椎間盤蠕變性能的影響,以新鮮豬腰椎間盤為研究對(duì)象,采用非接觸式數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)技術(shù),考慮不同壓縮應(yīng)力及加載速率,對(duì)椎間盤進(jìn)行蠕變實(shí)驗(yàn),并建立蠕變本構(gòu)模型。結(jié)果表明:施加壓縮應(yīng)力時(shí),椎間盤蠕變曲線呈指數(shù)規(guī)律變化;相同加載速率下,蠕變應(yīng)變隨著應(yīng)力的增大而增大;應(yīng)力相同時(shí),加載速率越大,蠕變應(yīng)變?cè)叫?利用三參數(shù)粘彈模型建立的椎間盤本構(gòu)方程與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果具有較好的相關(guān)性,該能夠預(yù)測(cè)椎間盤的蠕變性能。研究結(jié)果為臨床進(jìn)一步研究人體椎間盤粘彈特性提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of loading conditions on the creep performance of lumbar intervertebral disc, the creep experiment of fresh porcine lumbar disc was carried out by using non-contact digital image correlation technique, considering different compression stress and loading rate. The creep constitutive model is established. The results show that the creep curve of intervertebral disc changes exponentially when compressive stress is applied, the creep strain increases with the increase of stress at the same loading rate, the higher the loading rate is, the smaller the creep strain is when the stress is the same. The constitutive equation of intervertebral disc established by the three-parameter viscoelastic model has a good correlation with the experimental results, which can predict the creep performance of the disc. The results provide a theoretical basis for the further study of viscoelastic properties of human intervertebral disc.
