張長青課題組在激素性股骨頭壞死研究領域取得新進展

【摘要】:正·上海交通大學附屬第六人民醫(yī)院骨科研究團隊揭示富血小板血漿衍生的外泌體預防激素性股骨頭壞死的新機制上海交通大學附屬第六人民醫(yī)院上海市創(chuàng)傷骨科臨床醫(yī)學中心及上海市四肢顯微外科研究所張長青課題組采用富血小板血漿衍生的外泌體(PRP-Exos)對大鼠激素性股骨頭壞死動物模型進行干預并觀察效果,同時觀察糖皮質激素和PRPExos對細胞模型的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)PRPExos可以經PI3K/Akt和MAPK/Erk通路
[Abstract]:The Orthopaedic Research team of the sixth people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University reveals a new mechanism of platelet-rich plasma-derived exosomes for the prevention of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head; Shanghai Trauma Bone of Shanghai sixth people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University The experimental group of Zhang Changqing, Department of Clinical Medicine and Shanghai Institute of Microsurgery, used platelet-rich plasma-derived exocrine body (PRP-Exos) to interfere with the animal model of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. The effects of glucocorticoid and PRPExos on cell model were also observed. It was found that PRPExos could pass through PI3K/Akt and MAPK/Erk pathway.
