【摘要】：目的評價3D打印實體模型在創(chuàng)傷骨科困難手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用的價值。方法 2014年3月至2015年2月,凡是符合納入標準的復(fù)雜創(chuàng)傷骨科手術(shù)的病例均行薄層CT掃描,3D打印實體模型后進行術(shù)前設(shè)計及模擬手術(shù)。結(jié)果通過個性化的手術(shù)方案,降低了手術(shù)難度,減少了醫(yī)源性并發(fā)癥,縮短了手術(shù)時間,大大提高了手術(shù)治療效果。結(jié)論 3D打印實體模型在創(chuàng)傷骨科困難手術(shù)的應(yīng)用,可以實現(xiàn)術(shù)前優(yōu)化設(shè)計手術(shù)方案,術(shù)前模擬手術(shù),術(shù)中導(dǎo)航,從而精確化、個性化手術(shù)的目標。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of 3D-printed solid model in traumatic orthopedic surgery. Methods from March 2014 to February 2015, all patients with complex trauma orthopedic surgery who met the inclusion criteria were scanned by thin layer CT. The 3D printed solid model was designed before operation and simulated operation. Results the individualized operation plan reduced the difficulty of operation, reduced iatrogenic complications, shortened the operation time and greatly improved the effect of surgical treatment. Conclusion the application of 3D printing solid model in difficult surgery of trauma orthopedics can realize the goal of optimizing preoperative operation scheme, simulating operation before operation and navigating during operation, so as to make the operation more accurate and individualized.
