【摘要】：正目前心臟外科手術(shù)仍以取胸骨正中切口為主,胸骨對(duì)合的穩(wěn)定和牢固將直接影響患者術(shù)后疼痛程度和傷口愈合。對(duì)于骨質(zhì)疏松的老年患者,傳統(tǒng)的鋼絲捆綁固定胸骨常引起骨質(zhì)切割,加重術(shù)后疼痛,導(dǎo)致骨髓炎發(fā)生或傷口遷延不愈~([1])。復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院心臟外科于2014年6月—2015年6月間對(duì)42例年齡≥70歲在心臟手術(shù)中取胸骨正中切口的患者,手術(shù)結(jié)束時(shí)應(yīng)用醫(yī)用鈦合金Sternal lock胸骨固定系統(tǒng)固定胸骨,探討該固定系統(tǒng)在減輕患者
[Abstract]:At present, the central sternal incision is still the main method in cardiac surgery. The stability and solidity of sternum involution will directly affect the degree of postoperative pain and wound healing. For the aged patients with osteoporosis, the traditional wire fixation often causes osteotomy, exacerbates postoperative pain, and results in osteomyelitis or delayed wound. From June 2014 to June 2015, 42 patients aged more than 70 years with sternum median incision were treated in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University.
