【摘要】：正患者,女,58歲,因"突發(fā)意識不清7h"入院。診斷為自發(fā)性腦出血破入腦室,高血壓病(3級,極高危)行保守治療;入院后2d,因墜積性肺炎、肺部感染行氣管切開術(shù),患者需靜脈營養(yǎng),行深靜脈置管。患者仰臥,臀部稍墊高,右膝關(guān)節(jié)微屈,髖關(guān)節(jié)伸直并稍外展外旋,常規(guī)消毒,在腹股溝韌帶下方2~3cm,股動脈內(nèi)側(cè)與皮膚成30~45°進(jìn)針,穿刺針穿刺回血后,置入導(dǎo)絲,置入時(shí)遇到阻力,退出后導(dǎo)絲前端變形。
[Abstract]:The patient, female, 58 years old, was admitted to hospital because of "sudden confusion for 7 h". Diagnosis of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage broken into the ventricle, hypertension (grade 3, extremely high risk) received conservative treatment, 2 days after admission, because of falling pneumonia, pulmonary infection was tracheotomy, the patients need venous nutrition, deep vein tube. The patient was supine, buttocks slightly higher, right knee joint slightly bent, hip joint extended and slightly outreaching, routinely disinfected, 2cm below the inguinal ligament, 30 擄45 擄into the medial femoral artery and the skin. The front end of the guide wire is deformed when it is placed with resistance.
