【摘要】：目的探討尿毒癥繼發(fā)性甲旁亢患者在甲狀旁腺切除術(shù)后早期發(fā)生低鈣血癥的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法回顧性分析2013年7月至2016年8月116例接受甲狀旁腺切除術(shù)的尿毒癥繼發(fā)性甲旁亢患者資料,根據(jù)術(shù)后24 h內(nèi)血鈣濃度分為2組:正常血鈣組(術(shù)后鈣濃度2 mmol/L)33例,低鈣組(術(shù)后鈣濃度≤2 mmol/L)83例。應(yīng)用逐步Logistic回歸,分析患者的年齡、透析時(shí)間、術(shù)前血鈣、術(shù)前血紅蛋白、術(shù)前ALP和術(shù)前PTH等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果患者術(shù)前低血鈣(95%CI 0.11~0.37,P=0.001)、高濃度堿性磷酸酶(95%CI 0.71~0.93,P0.001)和甲狀旁腺激素(95%CI 0.58~0.85,P=0.003)為術(shù)后早期發(fā)生低鈣血癥的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論術(shù)前低血鈣、高濃度堿性磷酸酶和甲狀旁腺激素是術(shù)后早期低鈣血癥的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of hypocalcemia in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism after parathyroidectomy.
