【摘要】：由于病因復(fù)雜、手術(shù)操作困難,容易殘留及復(fù)發(fā)等原因,復(fù)雜膽道結(jié)石的處理一直為肝膽外科棘手的難題。傳統(tǒng)術(shù)式雖然效果確切,但手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷大導(dǎo)致患者恢復(fù)慢、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥多等缺點(diǎn)。近年來(lái)隨著內(nèi)鏡技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用,微創(chuàng)技術(shù)憑借著創(chuàng)傷小、術(shù)后恢復(fù)快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)成為復(fù)雜膽道結(jié)石治療的熱門方法。現(xiàn)對(duì)復(fù)雜膽道結(jié)石的微創(chuàng)治療進(jìn)展綜述,為臨床提供參考。
[Abstract]:Because of complicated etiology, difficult operation, easy residual and recurrence, the management of complicated biliary stones has always been a difficult problem in hepatobiliary surgery. Although the effect of the traditional operation is accurate, the patients' recovery is slow and there are many postoperative complications. In recent years, with the popularization and application of endoscopic technique, minimally invasive technique has become a popular method for the treatment of complicated biliary calculi with the advantages of small trauma and quick postoperative recovery. This paper reviews the progress of minimally invasive treatment of complex biliary calculi and provides reference for clinical practice.
