【摘要】：目的探討肉芽腫性乳腺炎的病因及保守治療方法。方法回顧性分析2011年1月至2012年12月期間我院乳腺外科門(mén)診接診的120例肉芽腫性乳腺炎患者的臨床資料,對(duì)其予以藥物封閉治療輔以手法疏通及乳管灌洗治療的方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果 120例肉芽腫性乳腺炎患者經(jīng)2~8周保守治療后,其中101例(84.2%)痊愈,19例(15.8%)因保守治療效果不佳而進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療。對(duì)101例保守治療痊愈患者隨訪30~42個(gè)月(中位時(shí)間為38.6個(gè)月),有9例(8.9%)出現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論對(duì)肉芽腫性乳腺炎采取藥物封閉保守治療,避免了全乳房切除術(shù),復(fù)發(fā)率較低,療效較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the etiology and conservative treatment of granulomatous mastitis. Methods the clinical data of 120 patients with granulomatous mastitis received from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The methods of drug blocking combined with manual drainage and milk tube lavage were summarized and analyzed. Results among 120 cases of granulomatous mastitis, 101 cases (84.2%) were cured and 19 cases (15.8%) were treated by conservative treatment because of poor conservative treatment. 101 cases of conservative treatment were followed up for 30 ~ 42 months (median time was 38.6 months), 9 cases (8.9%) recurred. Conclusion Drug blocking conservative treatment for granulomatous mastitis can avoid total mastectomy with lower recurrence rate and better curative effect.
